With Helix's ShareTru setup, it is common for people to do one of the following:
 

• Click on the original invite-only link and see that it is expired
  • Solution: visit the logon page at helixlinear.sharetru.com
     
• Forget their ShareTru logon username
  • Solution: username to log on is your email address
     
• Forget their ShareTru password
  • Solution: When at the logon page, click on Forgot your password?
     
• Forget how to get to the ShareTru logon page
  • Solution: visit the logon page at helixlinear.sharetru.com
