If none of the USB keys show up:

1) launch USB Network Gate
2) click on Add Server in the lower left
3) click the dropdown to select FILES
4) then the keys show up and you can connect to them

To take over the key connection from someone else:
 

1. Launch USB Network Gate Client
    
2. Right-click on the key that you want to connect to and choose Disconnect Remote User
   
   NOTE: this will end the other user's session and may cause them to lose work.
   
   
    
3. Click CONNECT to take control of the license key. When it turns from Yellow to Green, you are now connected.
    
4. Launch the program which requires the license key.
