How to check Helix Voicemail from home:

1. Call 216-586-6636
2. Press 5
3. It will say "Comedian mail, mailbox" and wait for you to enter your extension
4. Enter your extension
   (no # or extra characters required)
5. Enter your password
   (no # or extra characters required)

How to check Helix Voicemail for another extension:

1) Dial *98 from a desk phone or dial 216-586-6636 when remote.

2) Follow the above instructions starting at Step 2

Full Voicemail Menu Tree:

1) new messages
2) change folders
3) advanced options
       5) leave a message
       * return to main menu
0) mailbox options
       1) record unavailable message
       2) record busy message
       3) record your name
       4) record your temporary greeting
       5) change password

How to dial out from home using Helix as the caller ID:

1. Ask Sue for the remote call-out password.
2. Call 216-586-6636
3. Press 6
4. Enter the password for calling out followed by #. It will take you to a dial tone.
5. Enter the 10-digit phone number
