Helix Linear uses Box.com to securely share files in a way that meets DoD requirements. If at any point you need assistance, send an email to [email protected]

The process is as follows:

1) You will receive an email invite to see the files. You must click on Accept Invite to continue.

2) If you do not already have a box account, it will prompt you to create one. Complete the signup form.

3) Box will then send you a confirmation email to validate the new account. Open the email and click the link to Verify

4) At this point you have a Box account but still need to set up the DoD requirement for 2-factor logons. Click on Set Up to do so.

5) Your 2-factor authentication can be set up several ways. SMS Text Message will be the easiest method, but Authenticator App is always more secure. Follow the prompts to complete 2-factor verification of your preference.

6) You now have access to the shared files. Click on the file to view or download it.
